Prescription Lenses Guarantee

We guarantee a 100% accuracy on all prescriptions. Before leaving our lab, all prescription eyeglasses undergo a stringent quality control inspection. Accurately filling your prescription is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that our quality control measures fail, we will promptly and courteously redo the lenses at no charge. 

If you need to change your prescription, we offer a 24 hours policy where you can contact our Customer Service Specialist for any changes. After 24 hours and once our lab starts the process of cutting and coating the lenses, we cannot make any changes to your prescription at this point. 

Stock Item / Frame-Only Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Please contact our Customer Service Specialist to request a cancellation, return and/or exchange your product.

Once you submit the order and complete the payment process, we offer a 24 hour cancellation policy if you changed your mind. 

When you purchase our frame without RX lenses or non-prescription stock item, you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to return the product (with no questions asked) in unworn condition and accompanied with our complimentary cases for a 100% refund, less the original shipping costs if applicable. Returned products must be in the original packaging and condition OR a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. After we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge. 

After 30 days and before 90 days, you may exchange the product only. Any new item(s) will be shipped within 5-7 days of our receipt of your return. Shipping fee will be applied to the exchange. 

For manufacture defective frames, we offer a one (1) year warranty according to the manufacturer's guideline, and we offer a one-time replacement only.

If the product gets damaged during shipping, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service Specialist within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Once we receive the damaged item back from you, we will gladly replace the order for you at no charge.

Prescription Lenses Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a full refund on any returned glasses within the 30 day period upon receiving your safety glasses.

All prescription lenses are special orders, and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable after the 30 day period upon receiving your safety glasses. However, we understand there may be times you will need to change the frame and lenses even though the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 30 days of receiving the product, you wish to exchange your prescription glasses for a new pair, please contact our Customer Service Specialist to discuss your options. Shipping charges will apply.
